Question: Can I pay by Direct Debit?

Unfortunately, Redalto Communications does not have a ‘direct debit’ facility so that we can automatically debit your cheque account on a monthly basis.
However, there are a few other payment options equally, if not more convenient:
1) If you have a credit card, we automatically charge your credit card monthly. If you submit your details here and choose 'recurring' as the payment type, this will be automatically setup: www.redalto.com/paynow
2) If you use internet banking, all banks have a facility to automatically make payment each month. From inside your account, define a monthly recurring payment, and use the BSB and Account details listed here: www.redalto.com/billpay
3) Another alternative is to switch to yearly billing. Paying only once a year can simplify your book keeping and banking administration. As an additional benefit, you'll also receive a discount of 1 month free hosting when choosing an annual bill cycle.
