Question: How Can I Add An Email Autoresponse

Answer:

  1. Login to your control panel at http://www.clients.redalto.net/
  2. Click domains
  3. Double click on your domain
  4. Click 'Email Accounts'
  5. Double click on the email address you wish to set the auto responder for.
  6. Tick the 'Enable Responder' box, and type your message in the large 'Auto Responder' text box.
  7. Click save and its now done.

NOTE: Upon your return you will need to follow steps 1 - 6 but UNTICK the 'Enable Responder' box.
