Question: How can I share my calendar with a colleague?

This question relates to category Hosted Exchange

Answer:

In order to share information between team members (e.g. calendars) you need to define "which" exchange members in your team (global address book) can view your exchange account.

The easiest way to do this is as follows:
  > Select Folder List view in Outlook.
  > Place your cursor over the Calendar icon and right click your mouse
  > Select Sharing
  > In the pop-up window select the Permissions tab
  > Click Add, select a team member to whom you wish to give permissions, click OK
  > With the new member highlighted, define Permissions in the box underneath
either by selecting a user type from the drop down box or custom defining
permission levels using the tick-boxes underneath
  > Click OK or Apply to finish.

Note: Any server changes can take up to 2-4 hours for the changes to take effect.

Please note, telephone assistance for the Hosted Exchange product is only accessible via the Hosted Exchange support number. For telephone assistance please call 1800 800 099. When telephoning, please make sure to have your Exchange client number and password ready.
