The following steps will show you how to access your email account using Outlook Express. Currently Outlook Express is the most popular email client in the world. However, if you use another email client such as Eudora the setup process is fairly similar.

Step 1: Open your Outlook program

Step 2: Select Tools, Email Accounts

Step 3: Underneath the E-mail section select, Add a new email account, and then Next ...

Step 4: Select POP3 as the server type, then click Next

Step 5: You will now be prompted to enter the details of your POP3 email account. You will have received the details to enter here in your Welcome Email. Be sure to enter your details in the same format as shown in the diagram below. Note: Your User Name is the full E-mail address of the email account you are setting up. 'Test Account Settings' and 'More Settings' are optional and do not need to be completed. Once you've finished completing all the details in this window, click Next

Step 6: You have now finished the set-up process for your new email account in Outlook. Select Finish to complete the process .
