OPTION 1: The easiest way to request an additional email account is to send a support request with the following information:
- the new email address you are requesting
- password for new email address (minimum 6 characters with both alpha and numeric characters)

We'll set up the email address and confirm by email when this is configured. Click here to submit support request.

OPTION 2: You can also set up your new email address yourself using your web hosting account control panel.
To do this, follow steps listed below:

1) Log into the Web Hosting Control Panel - www.clients.redalto.com

2) Select 'Email Configuration' from the left hand menu

3) At the top of the Email Configuration window, select 'Create new email address'

4) Input any email address using any of the following characters;
- 0 to 9
- a to z
- '_' (underscore)
- '.' (decimal)

5) Select a Spam Management option. We recommend option 3 - 'Mark spam subject with [SPAM]'

6) You can then define how to use (forward) this email address;
- Create a stand-alone email account (Deliver to Itself)
- Forward to an existing email account configured at this domain (Deliver to Internal Address)
- Forward to an email account elsewhere such as Bigpond (Deliver to an External Address), or

7) Setup a 'Vacation Message' if you want to Auto-respond to every email that is delivered to that email address

8) Finally, select 'Update' to create the account.
