Question: How to Setup an Exchange Account in Outlook 2007

Answer:

1. Launch Outlook 2007. A set up wizard will appear. Click Next.

2. Choose Yes and click Next.

3. Check the Manually configure server settings or additional server types box. Then click Next.

4. Select the Microsoft Exchange option, then click Next

5. In the Microsoft Exchange server: text field, enter mapi-au.server-exchange.com for the server name. In the User Name: text field, enter your mailbox number (eg. mb2414a).

6. Click the Check Name button, you will promted for your username and password. Note: your username is is exchange \ your mail box number (eg."exchange\mb2414a")

7. Click Ok now you will be shown the congradulations page so click Finish and your done.
