Downloading the New Desktop Manager

- Open https://www.blackberry.com/SoftwareDownload/index.jsp?client=eiKaMQ2dL
- Select Blackberry Desktop Software 4.0 and click the Select button.
- Click on the "Download Software" link under "BlackBerry Desktop Software
v4.0 (English only)"
- Type in your details and click the "Next" button
- Click on the "I Agree" radio button and click the "Next" button.
- Click the download button.

- On the Welcome screen, click the next button.

- Select your country and click the "Next" button.

- Click the "I accept" radio button
- Click the "next" button.

- Check the user details
- Click the "next" button.

- Leave the default program location
- Click the "Next" button.

- Leave the default option of "Typical"
- Click the "Next" button

- Select the default option of "Blackberry Enterprise Server or Blackberry Desktop Redirector"
- Click the "Next" button.

- Leave the default option of "Microsoft Exchange"
- Click the "Next" button.

- Leave the default option of "Redirect email using the Blackberry Enterprise Server"
- Click the "Next" button.

- Leave the defaults
- Click the "Next" button

- Click the "Install" button

- Un-tick both of the checkboxes
- Click the Finish Button
