Lifetime Warranty for Redalto Website Design Customers

How we differentiate from our competitors is that we provide free ongoing support and consultation for your website design customers. In addition to our standard support and consultancy services (see Business Hosting plans), we also provide Free Lifetime Warranty for our website design customers that keep host their site with Redalto .

This provides the customer with the following benefits:

• Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of site to ensure it's operating as designed
• Maintenance includes fixes of bugs, and any other errors not previously identified
• Correct presentation of site in main browsers (IE6, IE7, Firefox2, Safari3)

Important notes:

• Warranty does not apply if website faults or outages are caused by customer changes
• The warranty does not allow for additions and changes to a website. Only faults, bugs and errors on existing work done.
• The lifetime warranty applies as long as customers are hosted with Redalto. If the hosting is moved to another provider, the warranty is terminated
• The warranty does not apply for all hosting plans. See hosting plan comparison for more information.
