Question: What are my Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers?
This question relates to category Email
Answer:
To use Outlook or an equivalent POP3 client, you will need to configure the following Mail Servers in order to retrieve and send your e-mail.
Customers on the Business Hosting Platform
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.redalto.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Use your ISP's SMTP server* or buy Redalto goMail
Customers on the Windows Hosting Platform
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.redalto.net
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Use your ISP's SMTP server* or buy Redalto goMail
* Most Internet Access providers (ISPs) don’t allow sending of email from a remote SMTP server (email relaying) and we therefore recommend to use your own ISPs mail server. Doing this does not affect your email service in any way. Click here for a list of Outgoing Mail Servers from the major Australian ISPs.
